What can I do to improve my weight loss?
I am 5'2 and weight 132. I want to lose 10 15 pounds for Prom which is in the end of April. I am very active with basketball ad softball. An try to do at least 15 minutes of daily work outs at home.. But... Everytime I try to eat healthy, and stay on my diet I end up over eating because I get so hungry and there's always tempting foods around me and I just get so tired of battling with food. what can I do to stop eating junk food and stop over eating?

I'm 5'2 and 129lbs. which I know isn't bad Based on my age height and all that mumbo jumbo. I'm still technically considered over weight. I use to be between 102 108 lbs before my pregnancy. During I gained about 40lbs. And gained more after having my daughter. She will be two in a few months and my goal was to be down to atleast 115 by her birthday and 110 by this summer. I'm not big on weight lifting. But I'm really trying to lose this weight. I'm struggling with strenuous work outs has a bad effect on my back which I've had problems with since having my daughter. I'd appreciate ANY advice or tips anyone may have thank you.

Help! How long will it be until I see weight loss?
I'm 20 years old, female, 5'8" at 136lbs last weighed myself 3 1 2 weeks ago . I'm trying to get down to 126lbs. For 3 weeks now, I've been doing 30 45min of moderate intense cardio 4x a week, and 20min of pilates 4x a week. I've also been on a 1,200 calorie diet.It seemed like I was losing weight because my chest bones were showing more and so was my spine but when I look at myself, I still see some stomach fat, and some thigh fat. I've never had fat in either places until I gained a couple of pounds, and looking at family, I'm not predisposed to being fat there. Yesterday, someone who hadn't seen me in about two months asked me if I'd lost weight because I looked skinnier but I honestly don't see it. I want to be and look 126lbs, I want to be skinny. When will I start to see the difference? When I'm actually 126? Don't plan on weighing myself again until February 16th.

How would I maintain my weight loss if...I love carbs?
So I'm 5'8" , female, 20 years old, and 3 1 2wks ago I was at 136. My goal weight is to be 126lbs. So I've been doing 30 45min cardio 5x a week, and 20min of pilates 4x a week. I've also been on a 1,200 calorie healthy diet more protein, more fiber, etc. . However, I don't think I look skinny enough, so one person mentioned that the closer you are to your weight goal, the harder it is so they cut out grains and sugar and the last of the pounds came off.The thing is, I'm a carbohydrate lover. Pasta, sandwiches, pasta, and more pasta I thankfully actually just dislike sugary foods, desserts, most breakfast foods, burgers, etc. so " fatty foods" and " sugary foods" are absolutely 0 problem for me. But I'm worried that if I cut out all that stuff and reach 126, the moment I go back, I'll gain it all back Basically what I'm asking is...how can I shed these last 10lbs and not give up my wonderful whole wheat pasta and broccoli rabe, or my prosciutto with red peppers on ciabatta?

I ate a lot today can it affect my weight loss?
I have been really strict for a long long time and I've been losing weight Doing insanity and the diet but today I thought I would take a break and ate A LOT will this affect y next week weigh in if I diet n excersie strictly this week???

Raw food diet...how long will weight loss take?
I've primarily eating fruit and veggies on average some grapes or grapefruit, a carrot, and maybe one other fruit or veggie per day, plus some added calories including coffee and or tea with milk etc. plus small amounts of alcohol occasionally In the last 2 and a half weeks I've gone from around 144 to 130 I'm 5'5 and want to get down to 115 , but I'm feeling like the weight is coming off super slowly and even though there is a difference, it doesn't seem all that noticeable. I love love love Starbucks caramel brulee lattes, but I've stopped drinking them because I'm scared that I'm sabotaging my weight. On average, what rate should I lose weight while eating like this?

Does Lecithin help with weight loss?
I started dieting and exercising almost 3 weeks ago. I dropped a few lbs right away, but seem to have hit a plateau. I'm working out every day and can see a difference in my body, but not on the scale. I have taken Lecithin before in hopes of improving my memory, but does it also help with weight loss?

I would like to do some sports but I don't know which ones are good. I can't really afford a big camp or class. I am in middle school.
