I've been doing cardio for an hour a day.. how long will it take for weight loss results?
Over a week ago I stared running 1 hour everday. Im 5'9 ...152 pounds. I eat veg, fruit and legumes everyday as well.My weight hasn't budged since... im starting to feel very disscouraged. Does anyone have any advice on how long should it take til I start to notice a difference in weight or should I try something different.

I'm a 15 year old girl.. i weigh about 107 poundsI'm not unhappy with my weight but i'm embarrassed about my body, it's very curvy and i look like i'm pregnant half the time.I have been doing exercises at home for around 30 mins a day, usually 10 mins of jogging etc.I've cut down on A LOT of junk food, i rarely drink anything other than water, because i actually like it and its very refreshing, helps keep my skin clear too.But i just can't seem to see any changes? On a diet and have questions about weight loss?
Doing weight watchers. It works well. Im 43yr old male and 252lbs. Basically Ive got a serious beer gut. Weight watchers will take off about 60lbs in just a few months. Ive done it before. This time will be different though. Its been 5 years since I put the weight on from quitting smoking. My question is how can I keep from having loose skin once the weight comes off. Last time I lost this much weight I just looked like I had been sick. Is there any way to tighten up the skin in the stomach, arms and chest areas?

Effective (not neccessarily fast) weight loss?
Okay, I will try and explain...I'm about 6'0 5'11, and weigh roughly 138.9 pounds 62 63 kilos I realise that is by no means fat, and in fact, I am apparently underweight. However, the only reason I'm 'underweight', is because I have extremely long legs in proportion to my body, and I'm guessing that legs hold less weight though I'm not sure . I was wondering if any of you could share some tips to lose weight effectively I don't want to starve myself, then start eating normally and gain even more weight than previously . Why do weight loss pills exist if none of them make any difference?
i disagree with the peopel saying people who take them are fat and lazy.. im 15 and have been trying to beat anorexia, if i take them, i'd like to think they will help prevent me from becoming obese on top of exercise and not eating much.. just saying.

Heart Rate and Weight Loss. What is the best intensity to work out at?
I ve been very confused lately about the best way to work out. I m not new to working out, and pretty much am consistent about working out. I aim for 4 5 days a week. I generally give myself a pretty good workout and do both cardio and strength training. I ve recently invested in a heart rate monitor, because I really want to lose weight, and have been hearing more and more that it is important to stay within heart rate range, and that working out too hard can actually make it harder to lose weight.Today I worked out with my heart rate monitor. My goal was to stay between 70 % 80 % of my max heart rate which is 151bpm 165bpm. I noticed I really had to cut down on my intensity and slow down or even stop and walk for a bit to keep my heart rate within that range. With my normal workout my heart rate is in the high 160s to low 180s.It just seems strange to me that in order to lose weight more quickly, I would have to decrease the intensity of my workout.Is anyone pretty knowledgeable about heart rate and weight loss, or has experienced more rapid weightless after decreasing the intensity of their workouts?
