ok so i want to try this but i am only going to use if for two weeks. it says to eat no more than 15 grams of fat per meal. what i am ging to do is eat like that for a week. then the second week start the pill and eat like that for 4 days after so i wont have to worry about the side effects. i am also going to walk to my friends house play on there we fit fo a half hour and walk back home 5 days a week. does this sound like a good plan? i only want to get rid of a little weight. i am gettin married in july my dress fits but its a little tight and i want it to fit a little better. one i loose the weight i am going to find out how many calories i need to eat to stay at that weight till the weddingi am making a menu kinda thing for my self i menu kinda thing i am going to figure out what i want to eat everyday i am on it and thats what i am going to eat
