Well,I am over weight and I am getting sick and tired of it.. Now before you judge me listen to what I have to say.. So I'm about 5'7 and I weigh in at the most of 88.9 KL.. Which for those who do not know is 193lb.. I know I am fat.. Anyways, I have tried a lot of things like Not eating for a week, Puking, & Walking everywhere I go.. i am about 5'6'' and weight about 185. in january i will be attending a 12 week " weight loss challenge" for a cash prize. i do zumba 4 days a week and will be purchasing a 3 month gym membership and hopefully be going every day. i am looking for some advice on how to lose the most weight and still be healthy so not starving myself . i am also a pretty picky eater but am open to meal suggestions, also is there any vitamins, foods, or shakes i could take to speed up the process ? thank you

I don't care if its healthy or not. I just want to lose about 60 80 pounds within like 3 4 months. I am a 6'1'' 21 year old male. I currently weigh 260 and work out and eat right but nothing seems to work. I'm not shedding the weight. Again, I don't care if it's pills, or whatever, i just want to lose the weight.Sorry, forgot to mention that I play soccer on a team, every Tuesday and thursday. Thursday we condition. Then I go to the gym Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Monday and Friday I do strictly cardio and some ab workouts. Then Wednesday i warm up with cardio before doing laps in the pool. Saturdays i have games. Sundays I relax and stay home.

I am a young girl who is 5'7" . I weigh about 140. I carry most of my weight in the stomach area.I am uncomfortable in my body. I wish I could be more confident and healthy. Please help. I feel if I talk to my mom that it will just slide and I won't make any real progress. I walk on the treadmill, but I don't really have a sport. I eat a lot of fruits and I need to incorporate more veggies. All I know is that I want to be bikini ready this summer. Oh, and no I don't want to be anorexic looking. I am a 14 year old girl, and i weigh 210lbs. I am 6 foot, and have size 13 mens shoes. i want to loose weight, to get back down around 160 175. i dont want to take any pills or anything like that. my mom said i could join the gym with her, but i dont know. i kinda suck at working out. and i cant do anything too challenging, because i have a hip problem, so no extraordinary bending or movement.
