Stomach, legs, arms, and butt. I want to lose weight in those areas resulting in about a 20 lbs weight loss. I'm 13, 5'2 and weigh 112 lbs, and I want to get to about 90 lbs. Any good exercises?

What are the best exercises to lose weight?
I figure I'm about 35 pounds over what is supposed to be the high end of my ideal weight range. I weigh 222.5, and I'm spposed to weigh 195. I don't have much muscle either. I'm not very strong. I'm on a low fat low carb but not no carb high protein but not too high diet and eat under 1500 calories and get about 120 grams of protein a day, but I am not losing weight and don't seem to be losign fat. I plan on ratcheting down the calories over time by eliminating starches. I eat 3 eggs and a cup of skim milk for breakfast, 2 peices of bread and a slice of ham for lunch, and a can of beans, peas, or lima beans, or a can or bean or lentil soup, 1 2 1 3 pound 4 6 ozs. of meat, and 4 oz of dry rice or pasta for dinner, and either a serving of fruit or a serving of vegetable.I can't run that much yet I have had achillies tendontis and partial tears of the achilles tendons and am trying to start running again slowly, but I'm only running 1 mile a week now and I figure I won't be up to 2 1 mile runs per week for another 4 weeks, and won't be up to 5 1 mile runs a week for another 4 weeks, and won't be up to running 6 miles straight and 8 alltogether for another 23 weeks, and 10 miles straight and 12 alltogether 5 weeks after that. That's the plan anyway. I am also hiking about 5 10 miles every weekend and backpacking 1 3 miles with about a 40 pound pack, 5 days a week , and want to do a long all day or an 2 day over night backpacking trip soon. I've also been lifting weights here and there, and doing pushups and, abdominal exercises for an hour about once a week. I plan on increasing that to 2 days a weeka nd then 3 over the next I'd do the treadmill or elyptical or stationary bike more but I don't want to have to buy a gym membership.

What are the best exercises to lose weight and tone my abs?
I know that just crunches aren't going to do anything for me. I just need to make a workout routine that I can do 3 times a week to lose weight and to really focus on my core muscles. I already know that cardio is a huge deal and have been doing a lot of it. Just need to add some more to it.

Am I doing enough exercise to lose weight and tone?
I was wondering whether I am doing enough exercise per week to lose a little weight and tone a bit, or whether I need to do more. I am not overweight nor underweight . I now go to the gym 3 days a week for 1.5 hours of cardio 30 mins running on the treadmill, 30 mins on the cross trainer and 30 mins on the bike . I hate doing weights so I don't do any Is this enough or should I be going more often. I really just want to tone up and slim a little.

Is this enough exercise to lose weight?
I'm 15, female, about 5'2.5, and weigh 95 pounds give or take a few. As you know , it's winter break no school but also lots of sweets so I wanna exercise and diet so I won't gain weight I'm happy with where I'm at so I wanna lose a few pounds now so I can pig out on Christmas and Christmas eve and new years. If I eat 1,300 to 1,400 calories a day and jog walk 3 miles on a trail and jog in place at home for an hour don't have a treadmill And my mom doesn't want to outside for so long since it's bitter cold out will I lose a little weight? Or just maintain? Thanks and please don't say I'm already underweight and blah blah blah, I'm aware I'm a tad underweight but I carry weight very unproportionally and every pound I gain shows a lot more than how it does for most. im 17 im 5'11 and weigh 179 182 depending on my water intake. I drink more water. I need a good diet to get rid of my belly fat. Im not fat, just a little chubby. I am also trying to gain muscle as ive been lifting weights for 2 years, and i take whey proetin and creatine. Problem is i eat a lot, i need a diet that keeps me full but helps with my fat loss and goes with me building muscle so like higher proetin, and it should work with my creatine as well. See building muscle is very important but i want to get rid of like up to 15 pounds or less of body fat before i only focus on gaining muscle. I eat a lot less, but today and over the weekend i cheated because of christmas, but i eat much better. I dont drink soda, the only fast food i eat is subway with wheat bread and tuna and turkey, and i eat more fruit and drink more water. i cut out the junks for the most part.
