What should i do to exercise and how many calories to lose weight?
I'm 15 and i weigh about 125. i want to lose about 10 pounds but i don't know what to do to exercise or how many calories to eat. help.

If this my BMR, and this is how many calories burned, how many calories to lose weight?
I'm 20. My basal metabolic rate is 1,800 this 1,800 DOES NOT take into account exercise . Everytime I exercise, I burn 250 calories. Yes, I actually have the amount of calories burned CALCULATED. Trust me. It's accurate. I exercise 10 hours per week, 7 days a week.Should I be aiming to eat 1,300 calories a day as I read you should eat 500 calories less than your BMR in order to lose weight ? Or should I be eating more less calories per day?

I am trying to lose quite a bit of weight. I have started having approx 1400 calories per day which is fine and I am eating a well balanced healthy diet within that.So .. would I have to exercise and burn off more calories than that per day to lose weight?Sorry if it sounds like a simple question but I am getting conflicting information from different sources and am a bit confused. Naturally and effectively I want to lose the pounds. I weight on average 121 and I am 5 foot 5 in. A healthy weight but still not what I used to weight prior to birth control and a lack of exercise. I eat very healthy. Nothing fried. No red meat. Nothing with cheese. However, I am not sure for someone like me how many calories will be enough for me to start losing the weight. I walk a lot throughout the day on campus but I can't exercise EVERY day. It's just not doable. 3 times a week is though and I usually do about an hour in that time on the treadmill. Is this enough to get down to my goal weight of 116? HELP

recently my entire office started dieting for the new year, though I opted out. I've always been around 120 pounds at 5'4, but I just found out i'm 130 now. I was just told that 'thats how it starts. In five years you'll hit the 160 mark'. My family has always been so critical of my size, and I hate that my bf refers to meas 'curvy' and wants me to gain weight.I want to drop ten pounds. Immediately. How many calories should i eat daily to achieve this? And whats a good workout plan for someone whose relatively out of shape?

Ok, so I want to lose just less than 30lbs.I am 142lbs, 5ft 4 ish maybe slightly less , male.I know I am not overweight but I'd like to cut a bit of fat as I piled a lot on.So I was planning on eating no more than 2000calories per day, and doing a 30 35 minute run jog.Along with my other daily activities, walking with friends, walking the dog, cycling a few miles to work, etc.Do you think that is enough for me to gradually lose about 2lbs per week?The calories I will be eating will be all healthy, eg, Alpen muesli , semi skim milk, chicken, turkey, wheat bread pitta, bio yogurt, peanut butter, veg, fruit strawberries, apples, raspberries .Let me know your view, and what I should improve on to lose this weight.Thanks for replies

I would like to know about the calorie intake to lose weight. Here is my story. I am 35 years old. Four years ago I weighed 125 lbs, I am 5'6" . I quit smoking and had a child and now I am 190 lbs. I have tryed every diet out there even Phentermine pills which made me sleepy. I have had my tyroid checked and it is normal. I am also did 1200 calories and 20 fat grams a day very strict and it did not work....HELP...I need to get this weight off. I have tryed ATkins and it does not even work. I dont know what else to do...Please Help...
