Help!: Advice on how to lose weight!?
I'm 13 years old, weigh 119 pounds, and am about 5'3" .So, for a few months now, I've been feeling that I am not at my healthiest state. I've been trying to lose weight for a while but it just doesn't work I'm pretty sure it's because I am not overweight so it is harder for my body to lose fat.Anywho, track has began this week and I've decided I'll join since I've been wanting to lose weight. Last year when I'd joined, I had unintentionally lost around 6 pounds within the first two weeks I'm also going to be doing tennis which leaves me doing track in the morning and tennis at night everyday except weekends . I was wondering if there is any way I could guranteed lose about 10 pounds in the next two weeks since I was already able to lose 6 without effort . I'm sure I can pull it off I've seen it happen to others tons of times before and I've sorta experienced it myself.I already know a lot about food due to all my months of research. But, I know I'll never be able to stick with a written meal since my mom is always cooking something different. So, is there any way I can work effectivly without a structured diet? Please, no comments about cutting off a limb and stuff. That's getting really annoying. Also, as nice as it is, please don't tell me not to be insecure. I really think the only way I will be comfortable with my body is if I do something about it. Anyways, I'm hoping you all could help me out more, give me some motivationc and possibly give me some more advice.Thanks in advance

I'll admit, I give very good advice ob here because I've learned and studied and do a lot of personal research ob nutritious info and exercise but I still struggle with my own weight, even though I know exactly what to do. Still trying to shed those last 10 lbs.

I have been diagnosed with PCOS, and although I have been exercising and eating right, I still find it difficult to lose weight. I am 50 lbs over my goal weight, and no matter what I do nothing seems to work. I know that it is more difficult with PCOS to lose weight, but there has to be some ways to compliment my exercise and eating habits.

I have heard that rapid weight loss is dangerous and if you crash diet or fast you will just put the weight back on when you start to eat again. Can you tell me some of the right things to eat and some good exercises please because I feel unhealthy and I am starting to get stretch marks on my thighs. I need to lose weight to fit into my jeans again I gained too much weight during winter break, and now I can't fit into my jeans. Can someone give me healthy ways to lose weight fast?
