How do i encourage my skin to tighten after weight loss?
I am in the process of losing 180 lbs. It's going to take me 12 18 months to do this. My biggest fear is that when I do lose this weight that my skin wont adjust to my new shape all the way and I would rather be obese than have skin folds hanging everywhere. I am 23 and a female.

Help! How long will it be until I see weight loss?
I'm 20 years old, female, 5'8" at 136lbs last weighed myself 3 1 2 weeks ago . I'm trying to get down to 126lbs. For 3 weeks now, I've been doing 30 45min of moderate intense cardio 4x a week, and 20min of pilates 4x a week. I've also been on a 1,200 calorie diet.It seemed like I was losing weight because my chest bones were showing more and so was my spine but when I look at myself, I still see some stomach fat, and some thigh fat. I've never had fat in either places until I gained a couple of pounds, and looking at family, I'm not predisposed to being fat there. Yesterday, someone who hadn't seen me in about two months asked me if I'd lost weight because I looked skinnier but I honestly don't see it. I want to be and look 126lbs, I want to be skinny. When will I start to see the difference? When I'm actually 126? Don't plan on weighing myself again until February 16th.

Raw food diet...how long will weight loss take?
I've primarily eating fruit and veggies on average some grapes or grapefruit, a carrot, and maybe one other fruit or veggie per day, plus some added calories including coffee and or tea with milk etc. plus small amounts of alcohol occasionally In the last 2 and a half weeks I've gone from around 144 to 130 I'm 5'5 and want to get down to 115 , but I'm feeling like the weight is coming off super slowly and even though there is a difference, it doesn't seem all that noticeable. I love love love Starbucks caramel brulee lattes, but I've stopped drinking them because I'm scared that I'm sabotaging my weight. On average, what rate should I lose weight while eating like this?

Best program for working out and weight loss?
My hubby is currently deployed and I'd like to get fit and in good shape before he gets back home. Ideally, I'd like to lose 10 15 pounds. I haven't worked out regularly in probably 10 years and I have back and neck issues from a past car accident. I am also a mom and work full time outside the home so I have a limited schedule when I can work out. Does anyone have an opinion as to what workout program is best? I am reading about the Slim in 6 program but see some mixed reviews. I'm worried the P90X might be too much for me to start off with. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated
