Hi I'm a 16 yr old female and I'm 5'5. I want to lose 7 lbs but I can go below 1600 cals a day. I workout 4 5 days a week 45 min cardio and 10 20 min weights . I don't eat junk food so that's not a problem. My bmr is 1290. I need tips on what to eat what not to eat and what to do what not to do. Thanks

Hey, I'm 16 years old. Male 6'5 239.2 LBS My plan For 3 straight months, Go to the gym every morning, treadmill for an hour or more fast pace walking, with incline NO SODA Water 8 bottles a day. Eat healthy fruits Apples Bannanas Oranges Grapes Then when I get below 20 % body fat, I am going to work on my chest upper incline Is this a good way to loose about 30 50 pounds? My goal weight it 170 then I want to work on the rest of my body after What do you guys think? Should I add anything else? How much weight will I loose?

Hi I'm 5'5 and currently weigh 132 pounds and I am 16 years old. I absolutely despise my body. So much. My butt is really big, I have literally no boobs, my tummy poke out, and I have big thighs. It's not like I'm overweight, I know that. But I just really dislike my body, mainly in the butt and thigh area but also my stomach. I've been trying to lose weight for so long but can't seem to stay focused also I really suck at excersizing. So confused on weight loss?
Ok so I'm 14, 5'3, 153 lbs and trying to lose weight. I think I haven't been eating enough because I exercise 4 5 days a week moderately and realized eating 1350 calories a day isn't enough. On all the weight loss calculators I used, I got different calculations for losing a pound a week so I'm completely lost. Am I suppose to eat more after I exercise? How many calories am I supposed to eat a day? Ie been eating too little. Someone help or give a link to a reliable weight loss calculator. Thanks ahead of time

hello. i am a 17 year old male struggling with what you could call obesity. i weigh around 260 pounds and have been struggling with this for a long time now. for about 6 months i have been working out on and off. i have been lifting monday wednesday and friday while running 2.5 3 miles on tuesday and thursday. like i said, this has been on and off due to the business of school and other issues in life. i got my physical on wednesday for football and ice hockey next year, and the guy weighing me said that a good portion of my weight is muscle. i am really trying my hardest to lose weight and it was working until i got busier with school. i plan on working out monday wednesday and friday this summer and running on tuesday thursday. my only problem is watching what i eat. can someone help me out with making a plan on what i eat every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner? thanks in advance.
