Does running make you lose weight? tips?
so i run 2 miles, 5 days a week. along with running i do probably 15 minutes of abs, 20 minutes of lifting weights, and 10 minutes of stair climbers.Will this help me shed pounds fast? i've been doing this schedule for about a month now and i thought i could kind of see a difference, but it was probably me just fantasizing. Pany tips?p.s. im 19, a girl, 5'9'', 150lbs, and i have an athletic build.

Im 14 year old male, 5 ft 7 and weigh about 200lbs which is classed as obese by the nhs... My portion sizes are huge and i can eat 2 pizzas in one meal. Ive gained most my weight around my man boobs belly and bum and i cant squeeze into medium clothes anymore im in large which is bigger than my dad, the flab on my belly now hangs and think im going to end up size xl if i get much bigger i get out of breathe walking up the stairs and i cant do situps because of my belly getting in the way, im one of the biggest in my school year and i hate not being able to look sexy in my incredibly tight underwear in the mirror my balls are really massive but my belly hangs over my penis bulge how can i get back thin?

How can I lose weight quickly?
I am 5ft 3" and weight 149lb that's 10 stone 9lb so I am classed as overweight.My areas which I hate because of how flabby they are are my thighs, arms and belly and bum. I have no muscle tone in them, and my thighs wobble when I walk and have cellulite which at the age of 20 is disgusting, I feel generally grossed out by myself I need to find a cheap way to tone up my thighs and arms at home I litereally have no muscle, and also a way to drastically reduce my body fat level in a few weeks. I know it's unhealthy, but the quicker the results the better. For my belly, I am not bothered about getting a six pack, I do not think they are an attractive look for girls, I just want my belly flatter. Crunches and sit ups didn't work, they pushed my belly out more. P.S. I am a ovo vegetarian, I don't consume dairy products as I'm allergic .
