I used to be very active but since starting college and working crazy hours I have found it hard to maintain a steady work out schedule and my weight is just fluctating like crazy. I also would like some more energy since stress is slow wearing me down. I have been trying to research natural weight loss pills to help me along like the Acai Berry which sounds most promising however it's been really hard to research which ones are actaully good for your body and where you can find them in Canada Ontario Toronto area more specifically . There are so many out there but trying to get real people reviews is almost impossible. Any help or suggestion would be most apperciated.By the way it has to be natural products with little to no side effect I'm refering to the side effects like dizziness, shaking, nervousness, thing of that nature..
