What are the best natural weight loss supplements?
Please only comment if you have seen results or have legitimate suggestions I'm looking to lose around 10 pounds quickly..like 2 3 weeks if possible. I try to get to my local track twice a week and walk jog around 2 miles each time I go. Other than that I don't have a lot of time to exercise besides doing push ups and crunches with an exercse ball.Are there any natural no side effects weight loss supplements that work really well? I am trying to stick to a diet as well, I eat around 1,000 1,200 calories a day and eat tons of fruits and veggies.I'm willing to try non natural supplements too, if that's what it takes. I really, REALLY want to lose. Please help?

Me and my sister were now looking for a natural weight loss supplement not diet pills that we will be going to take that is surely safe and effective. With so many brands, it's really difficult especially for us an ordinary person who've not really know and aware about substances included in every supplement brand. What's your suggestion?
