Please don't be mean but I need quick weight loss advice..?
My Problem is I am a stay at home mom with a ten month old daughter.. its been insanely cold and my husband works nights and sleeps most of the day. He just got the job so we are behind a lil over a month on bills ect.. so needless to say our pantry and fridge are bare and all we can really afford right now is processed food.. lil one eats baby food I am nursing breastfeeding so I cant take supplements even if i could afford them.. needless to say we arent having christmas this year luckily lil bitty wont remember I am over 300 lbs and have high blood pressure.. I need to loose weight and it needs to be done rather fast for the sake of my health.. I need suggestions and fast results.
I've lost my period for a few months after quick weight loss... how to get it back?
I'm 15, 120ish pounds and 5" 10.I know I'm a lowish weight, but that's because I've been coping with an eating disorder for a few months. Recently, I've realised I dont want to do it anymore so I'm willing to stop this disorder and hopefully get really healthy again. I haven't had my period for about 5 6 months and I'm so so so worried... mostly about my health and future. I'm willing to put a bit of weight on if i need it but I don't want to gain too much. I think what I need is more fats in my diet, does anyone recommend any GOOD fat I can eat? & how to create a meal out of them? I was thinking peanut butter or something? I'm aiming to eat 1,500 calories, do you think this is enough?I just really want it back , any help is appreciated.thanks x

Hi, a little about me im about 5" 4 158 pounds It has been a crazy year for me i had my daughter at the end of December last year about 6 weeks after went back to 140 which is what i was before well i am a stay at home mom and i guess not to active so over the year i've slowly put on some weight summer came and im about 148 then started a new birth control in august which brought me to about 154 by november then the holidays just came so its been one thing after another. I have joined a gym and went for pretty much the first time back yesterday and it was great i do intend to go at least 3 times a week for an hour a day. MY question is in addition to the exercise .. what kind of diet is best for rapid weight loss and are diet pills effective at all just to give me a jump start to get about 10 pounds off quickly in about a months time? I have done calorie diets and while they work i just find myself very hungry still and dissatisfied with taking away butter and breads. Maybe some meal tips?Thanks for your tips and help I
How to deal with quick weight loss and then weight gain?
I've been going through a large amount of stress lately, I dropped about 10 kilos, then as my appetite has resumed and I've been eating normal again, which consists of healthy fresh fruit and vegetables as I don't eat any meat except for fish and I exercise regularly. Now I've put on the weight I lost back on and it's frustrating me because when I had lost the weight I looked good, and I was the perfect size. How can get back to the healthier weight range, through positive things instead of stress related?

I am firsttime going overseas to Japan for very important public apperances, i have never been overseas, I had an accident this summer and depression but am better now, i have a month to get ready and I am determined to lose weigth and get in shape, I will do whatever possible to lose weight and shape up as much as i can in a month, any advice please would be greatly appreciated, I am very determined and have lost weight shape up before fast, I know i wont get to my goal in a month, I need to lose at least 40 ilbs to be happy. any advice is greatly appreciated, like any good recipes, tips, smoothie recipes, exercises, ect...thanks all
Quick weight loss diet?
Ok here is the deal. I was a little over wieght but i didn't look too fat before it looked more curvy than fat now i have moved out of my house with my partner and gone on the pill. About a few weeks after i moved out i put on about 5 10 kg. so i thought maybe i eat too much but i did a calculation and i was actually eating less. I have been exercising and nothing is bloody changing. I am getting really really upset about it and i am losing my faith in good ole eat healthy and exercise. So i need something that will make me loose weight fast cause everything i bloody do never changes anything and i am getting really pissed off now. I wont go to a gym because i cannot afford it i am a student and part time worker. Also i hate exercising in front of people.Also i need a tip to stop my stomach growling in class at uni it does it alot and if i want to cut back i want that to stop too, but wont ruin my weight lossPlease help and if someone says just diet and exercise imma rage because i have been exercising for 30 min and not eating anything bad for the past month and nothing. I need something dramaticoh and in response to that comment i go to the bathroom normal.

Okay, so I'm not overweight at ALL. This summer I lost a lot of weight and finally got my flat tummy I had wanted for a long time, now because I got lazy again and didn't keep it up my stomachs back and so are my thighs.What's the quickest and best way to trim them down fast?
