Last minute summer weight loss?
i have the rest of the summer to lose as many pounds as possible, but no gym i dont have weights or anything but what are some things i can do to lose weight? im a girl and im 14 but my age shouldnt matter. thanx, email me if you have further suggestions

Alright so, I've decided to make this summer a good one, and accomplish a few of my big goals.One of them is to lose a lot of weight.I'm about 5'7'' and I weigh about 200 pounds.I look like I weight about 160, and that's still a lot.They'res this 6 week workout that a magazine had in there summer issue, and I'm planning on following it, plus adding some of my own workouts.I start summer vacation June 10, and end it August 30.If I wanted to lose around 3 or 4 pants sizes, and maybe like, around 30 40 pounds, what is a good calorie limit? 1,000? 900?And what foods are best at helping weightloss and what should I stay away from?And reccommended workouts?I just need as much information as possible THANK YOU SO MUCH D

Is my summer weight loss goal possible?
Ok my summer weight loss goal is to be 135 140 pounds. Right now I weigh 171.5 pounds and at the beginning of the summer I was 175. My workout routine consists of running 1 or 2 miles then doing squats lunges and crunches. I have cut out sodas, and I don't eat past 7 00 p.m. Do I really have a chance of reaching my goal by the end of summer?

I just got back from my freshman year of college, and needless to say, I gained some weight. I do have a BMI that puts me into the " overweight range" 5'5'' 156 lbs . I really want to lose the weight before I go back for my sophomore year. I have about 2 1 2 months before I go back. Do you think I can get down to 130? 26 lbs ...I know it is a good amount, but I think it is doable. If so, please share your best dieting fitness secrets Thanks

Summer weight loss goal?
Okay sooo I'm a 17 years old girl who is about 5'5'' but unfortunately I weigh about 168 170 lbs. I know this is unhealthy and I would be considered a little on the " fat" side so I was wondering if I would be able to lose about 30 lbs over the summer so I can be around 130 bc I still want to look proportional I'm a little on the chesty side haha . I was wondering if this would be possible if I start now? Summer starts June 11 last day of finals June 12 I have ACT sooooo technically on June 13Summer ends August 22 give or take a few days Well, anyway I would really appreciate any personal stories of your weight loss because I want to be nice looking for my senior year because then I can go full out for senior activities without being embarrassed and such. However, what I'm not looking for are just a list of websites that are promising " dramatic weight loss" or " miracle diets" I want real answers Thanks so much xoxo Gand I'm only 17, so that means no weight loss pills either. I find those to be risky and pretty much made of chemicals.

Summer weight loss, is it possible for me?
Im 230 pounds. I want to be near 130 by august 26, the first day or school. I go to the Y about 2 4 times a week and if i dont get their i do at least 25 minutes of Excersice TV on demand. But i dont really know how many calories that burns. I havent been eating bad. No fast or fried foods. I've been a vegetarian for 6 years. I gave up ice cream and othersugary foods too.We are also getting a pool soon, which i will be in reguarly. Do you think i can do it. Tips?

Summer weight loss plan?
Okay, so I just began my summer holiday, I am 5'3 and weigh around 151 pounds.I keep imaging going back to school all slimmed out and looking gorgeous, the problem is that I'm not sure exactly how to do that...I joined an aerobics class, 6 weeks 3 times a week, I figured this was the first step, also I will cut back on junk, do i have to ditch carbohydrates or is that not necessary?After the first 6 weeks of summer there's a whole month of just fasting, hopefully this is useful...One more thing, I live in a hot country, if I exercise in hot weather will that increase weight loss? Thank you By the way I'm only 14, so I can't really cook my own food. So if dinner is fried meat I can't change that, what other options do I have?

Summer weight loss tips and tricks?
I'm trying to lose weight this summer, but it's hard for me. Usually i lose weight in the middle of the school year because i eat less junk fast food and more fruit,water, and do pilates, etc. But then once summer comes i have to stay at my grandmas most of summer...and she loves making so much delicious Mexican food and is always offering and it's hard to say no, so then i gain all the weight back And since im 5'1 when i gain fat weight it looks worse cuz i look short and stumpy haha. How should i try to refrain from eating all the home cooked meals and stick with my diet, or wut exercises should i do once i do give in to the food? Im mostly struggling with my belly, upper arms and thighs. So...any tips or tricks?

Summer weight loss advice for a teen?
I am 16, 5'3, & 127 pounds. I really want to lose some weight before my senior year. I want to feel completely comfortable and confident with my body for my last, and hopefully most fun, year of high school. My goal weight is between 109 115. Usually, I get bored with exercise and I just give up when I don't see results after around 2 weeks, but recently I went to the gym with my friend and now I am getting a membership. They have pretty much every machine possible. A few years ago, I was obsessed with exercise because I wanted abs. When after months of 2 hours of exercise a day I didn't get them, I stopped and gained quite a few pounds. I would like to get back into this routine, but I need some motivation and some advise as to how many days a week I should go to the gym, what machines should I use, what should I eat, and how long will it take to reach my goal, or at least see some changes? I am unhappy with my body and I need to make a change. Thank you
