Does cutting back on soft drinks to drink more water make you lose weight?
Hey guys, I'm 17 female, and i have a sweet tooth for sodas and such, if you place a class of coke in front of me whilst a bottle of water, i would definably go for the coke. Bit lately I'm been drinking water before going to bed, and throughout the day, i would have a water bottle in my hand and drink it constantly. My eating habits haven't changed, I'm still eating junk foods rather than vegetables. But lately I'm also eating carrots, which i never used to. But I want a healthier lifestyle. So this has been going on maybe little less than 2 weeks and i've gone from roughly 113 to 108. Is this normal?
