I am 5'4 and i weigh about 155. I want to get down to about 115 125.I have Wii Fit and that's what i'm going to use to exercise.What kind of things should i eat?I'm going to eat 1500 calories a day. I'm 14 years old btw. And i don't have a ton of time to exercise,

I weight a little over two hundred pounds or maybe less. Every time i walk into a clothing store i get depressed when i look at all the cute clothes that wont fit me. Hello Prom is coming up in a few months May 17th, I believe and I really need to lose some weight This past summer I lost a good bit of weight 20 lbs but school started back and I quit working out doing my diet and gained all the weight back and then some.I'm planning on cutting back on foods and doing a low carb diet, but I need some new work out tips. The gym I used over the summer has shut down, so now I'm stuck with going to our local YMCA.I just want some tips on how to lose a steady amount of weight over the next 5 months. I don't really have a set goal for the time prom rolls around, but I know overall I want to lose between 50 60 lbs.I know I can't reach that by the time i need to go prom dress shopping, but I'd like to lose a pretty good amount by then So, really any work out tips would be appreciated THANKS

Tips on motivation, household foods, what to eat, what not to eat.. I do have school and i cannnot bring around water or exercise equiptment. I am now 134.5 lbs. I wish to be 100 110. I want to lose mostly stomach fat or love handles. If it helps, I can run a mile in around 8 9 minutes. How long will it take me to acheive this weight? What exercise should I do? Hi I'm trying to lose a bit of weight as I used to be a size 8 10 in UK clothing but I've been a size 14 since taking the pill for almost a year I've stopped now but I'm desperate to get back to my old self and be confident again At the moment I'm doing 15 minutes on the exercise bike a day, walking home instead of the bus, walking up stairs instead of the lift at any given chance and doing some weight lifting with my brothers weights They aren't really heavy but it's better than nothing and i'm eating healthier No chocolate apart from low fat milkshakes, more chicken and fish nothing processed or from a takeaway salads, low fat crisps on the odd occasion, orange juice, jacket potatoes and baked beans. Any time i use margarine its a small amount of low fat stuff and any time I eat bread it's now wholemeal or 50 50 stuff.But yeah, any tips would be very useful I miss my old self
