What is a balanced diet weight and is this possible to acheive in todays “rushed and stressed” society. It is really important to realise that a balanced diet is one of the main factors in remaining healthy. Yeh we all crave a certain amount of “junk” food but to stay well we have to be so careful as to how much of this we are eating.
I have listed below foods you should be eating. Try and make a list to take shopping with you. It really helps you put the correct foods in your trolley. Keeps me out of the sweet section (not the DVD`s though)
Make sure all of these are in your diet. By doing this you will get a balanced diet and feel so much better. Carbohydrates,Proteins,Fats,Vitamins,Minerals and Salts. Don’t forget the fiber.
It is important that you eat the right amount of each kind of food. I would highly recommend a specialised book regarding intakes. You will be able to find these at all good bookstores or online.
If you plan your meals in advance and don’t leave it until the last minute you will soon find yourself eating healthily and wondering how you ever ate so much “junk food”.
